Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, systems integration, or IT architecture.
• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, designing and delivering complex enterprise-level solutions.
• Strong understanding of architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven) and technologies.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and modern development practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data modeling and database design.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
• Experience within the financial services sector is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and document comprehensive technical solutions for business problems, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT to gather requirements and define solution scope.
