About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of electrical engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- Develop and execute strategies for electrical system upgrades, maintenance, and optimization to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Demonstrated expertise in power system design, protection, and control.
- Proficiency in industry-standard electrical engineering software and simulation tools.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and experience managing complex engineering projects.
