Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education Specialist to join our team in East London. This hybrid role focuses on developing and implementing innovative early learning programs, providing training to educators, and upholding high standards of care.

You will collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators to create nurturing learning environments. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in ECE and at least five years of experience in curriculum development or program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ECE, child development or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in early childhood education with curriculum development or program management.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early learning.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in training or mentoring educators is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and learning activities.
• Provide professional development and ongoing support to early childhood educators.
• Observe and assess children's development with tailored learning experiences.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to support learning at home and in the center.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards for early childhood education settings.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
