Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a qualified Child Development Specialist for its early learning center in Centurion. The role focuses on nurturing cognitive, emotional, and social development of young children and creating enriching programs tailored to each child's needs.

You will assess milestones, design activities, train teaching staff on development best practices, communicate findings with parents, and maintain confidential records.

Qualifications

• Degree in Child Psychology, Early Childhood Development, or related field.
• Proven experience in assessing and supporting child development.
• In-depth knowledge of child psychology and developmental stages.
• Excellent analytical, observational, and reporting skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for communicating with children, parents and staff.

Responsibilities
