Flourish Research is hiring a Data Entry Manager to oversee the data entry team at our Denver or Century City sites. The role ensures accurate entry into sponsor EDC/CDMS platforms, with emphasis on compliance and timely deliverables.

Candidates should bring 5+ years in data management, 2+ years of leadership, and strong knowledge of HIPAA and GCP. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered; onsite work is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Experience in clinical data management with EMR/EDC systems and CDMS.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to data entry into CRFs and CDMS ensuring accuracy against source documents.
• Lead data entry team and act as SME for data entry processes.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, privacy, and regulatory requirements; resolve data issues promptly.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to staff.
• Drive process improvements and onboarding for new staff; report to senior leadership.
