Job summary

Barloworld Equipment (Pty) Ltd in Gauteng seeks a senior BI leader to head the analytics and Power BI reporting function. You will deliver trusted insights, set analytics standards, and mentor analysts while ensuring scalable, governance-aligned outputs.

You will collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to define KPI frameworks, drive adoption of Power BI, and ensure data quality across reporting assets in a large enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Power BI in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience in semantic modelling and DAX.
• Experience in analytics leadership or senior technical role.
• Experience working with data platforms (Azure and Snowflake) and SQL.
