Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
Minimum 6 years in control systems engineering with project leadership.
Experience with PLC platforms (Siemens, Rockwell) and SCADA/HMI software.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and implementation of advanced control systems for industrial applications.
Develop PLC/DCS programming, HMI/SCADA development, and system integration strategies.
Conduct system analysis, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to optimize efficiency and reliability.
Manage control system projects from concept to commissioning, including planning and execution.
Mentor and supervise a team of control systems engineers, providing technical direction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless system integration.
Develop and maintain documentation including control logic and system diagrams.
