A leading renewable energy firm in South Africa is looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee contractual management for operational and construction projects. The successful candidate will enforce contractual rights and manage risks while supporting various project teams. Requirements include a legal qualification such as LLB, BCom, or BA in Law, along with admission as an Attorney and over 5 years of experience in contract management, particularly within the renewable energy sector.

Qualifications

• 5+ years post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience in O&M and construction contract management.
• Exposure to EPC, BOP, and renewable energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enforce O&M agreements, OEM contracts, and service agreements.
• Oversee contractual relationships with contractors, operators, and stakeholders.
• Draft and review contractual correspondence.
