Qualifications

• Full professional membership of SA Institute of Valuers (SAIV) or MRICS designation.

• Expert knowledge of valuation methodologies, property law, and SA regulations.
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong client management and business development capabilities.
• Proficiency with valuation software and MS Office.
• Proactive in market research and CPD.
• Must be based in or relocate to Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Full professional membership of the South African Institute of Valuers (SAIV) or equivalent international body (e.g., MRICS qualified).
• A minimum of 8-10 years of post-qualification experience in commercial property valuation, with a strong portfolio of completed valuation projects.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of valuation professionals.
• Expert knowledge of valuation methodologies, property law, and relevant industry regulations specific to the South African property market .
• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex valuation findings clearly and concisely.
