Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven ability to analyze complex market data and produce high-quality valuation reports.
• Strong understanding of the Gauteng property market, particularly Soweto .
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in relevant valuation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
