Qualifications

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in chemical process design and engineering.
• At least 3 years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Proven track record managing large-scale chemical engineering projects.
• Expertise with process simulation software (HYSYS/Aspen Plus) and CAD tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design and development of new chemical processes and modifications.
• Mentor and manage a team of process engineers to high performance.
• Develop PFDs, P&IDs, mass and energy balances, and equipment specs.
• Run process simulations to optimize performance and identify issues.
• Oversee procurement and installation of process equipment per timeline.

Key Responsibilities
