The role demands a Master’s degree, 10+ years of experience in building systems integration, and strong BIM skills with Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- 10+ years of architectural design with building systems integration.
- SAIA or ECSA registration is advantageous.
- Strong BIM and building codes knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Lead coordination and integration of MEP systems with architectural designs.
- Develop and review technical specifications and drawings for building systems.
- Liaise with MEP engineers and consultants to ensure performance and compliance.
- Conduct technical reviews and provide solutions for complex system integration.
- Ensure designs meet regulatory requirements and energy standards.
- Contribute to conceptual design by advising on feasibility and integration.
- Manage documentation and ensure accuracy of system project records.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects.
