About the Role

Our client is a prestigious architectural firm with a significant presence in Cape Town, Western Cape , looking for an experienced and innovative Lead Building Information Modeling (BIM) Specialist to enhance their project delivery capabilities. This role is central to ensuring the efficient and effective use of BIM technologies across all architectural projects, from conceptualization to completion. You will be responsible for developing and implementing BIM standards, managing BIM workflows, and leading a team of BIM technicians and coordinators. This is a Hybrid position, offering a blend of remote flexibility and in-office collaboration, allowing you to contribute your expertise while maintaining a work-life balance. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of architectural design, construction processes, and advanced BIM software applications. You will play a crucial role in driving efficiency, reducing errors, and improving communication throughout the project lifecycle.
