Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with blockchain focus.
• Proven leadership of engineering teams and complex projects.
• Deep knowledge of blockchain protocols, consensus algorithms and smart contracts (Solidity, Rust).
• Strong distributed systems, cryptography and system architecture skills.
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration abilities.
