Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy secure and efficient smart contracts on various blockchain platforms, primarily focusing on Ethereum (Solidity).
• Design and implement robust decentralized applications (dApps) and blockchain protocols.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and build new features and products.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in blockchain technology, smart contract security, and emerging protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to blockchain infrastructure and smart contracts.
• Contribute to the architectural design and technical roadmap of our blockchain initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3 years focused on blockchain and smart contract development.
• Proficiency in Solidity and experience with smart contract development frameworks like Truffle or Hardhat.
• Strong understanding of blockchain concepts, consensus mechanisms, and cryptography.
• Experience with other blockchain platforms (e.g., Binance Smart Chain, Polygon) is a plus.
• Familiarity with dApp development, including front-end integration and Web3.js/Ethers.js.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
