Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a blockchain developer or engineer.
- Deep expertise in multiple blockchain protocols and smart contract development.
- Proficiency in Go, Rust, or Solidity.
- Experience architecting distributed systems.
- Knowledge of cryptographic principles and security best practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable blockchain platforms and dApps.
- Lead smart contract design and implementation in Solidity, Rust, or Go.
- Optimize network performance and security.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote technical excellence.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap for blockchain initiatives.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
