Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the service workshop, ensuring efficient job allocation and workflow.
• Schedule service appointments and assign tasks to technicians based on skill set and workload.
• Monitor the progress of all jobs, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Liaise between service advisors, technicians, and customers regarding repair status and required work.
• Manage parts inventory for the workshop, ensuring availability for scheduled jobs.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
