• Experience with automotive communication buses like CAN, LIN, and Automotive Ethernet.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively manage technical dependencies and drive consensus among diverse teams.
• Experience with AUTOSAR architecture is a significant advantage.
