The role requires a Master’s in Architecture, SAIA registration, and at least 10 years of experience in residential design and sustainable development.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Professional registration with SAIA or equivalent.

• Expertise in sustainable design principles, green building certifications (e.g., EDGE, LEED), and relevant technologies.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp) and visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and materials suitable for residential projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
