Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive architectural experience, with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect or Senior role.
• Demonstrated experience in sustainable and green building design.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion).
• Exceptional conceptual design skills and a strong portfolio showcasing built projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of South African building regulations and standards.
• Experience with projects in the Stellenbosch, Western Cape area is a significant advantage.
