Job summary

MRI Software in Cape Town seeks a Team Manager to lead a SA-based Managed Services team focused on Social Housing. You will balance 60% client delivery with 40% people and operations management, ensuring training, clarity and delivery excellence.

You will partner with UK leads, manage escalations, coordinate cross-regional engagements, and guide performance, capacity planning and recruitment to sustain service quality.

Qualifications

• Experienced Consultant with knowledge of UK industry market rules and delivery practices.
• Subject matter expert in at least one MRI Social Housing Software.
• Understanding of end-user processes and ability to work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex engagements and support skill development within the team.
• Oversee time entries, reporting, and administrative tasks for the delivery team.
• Be the first point of contact for team questions and escalations to UK leads.
• Coordinate workload distribution and process alignment with UK Consultancy leads.
• Support special projects and cross-regional initiatives across SA, UK, NA/EMEA.
