You will develop and validate mathematical models, assess flight test and operational data, and collaborate with design, aerodynamics and propulsion teams to drive performance improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• PhD or Masters in Aerospace Engineering required.
• 9+ years in aircraft performance engineering with 4+ years in leadership.
• Strong background in aerodynamic theory, flight dynamics, and propulsion.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a team of aircraft performance engineers.
• Develop and validate complex mathematical models for performance prediction.
• Analyze flight test and operational data to assess performance against design specs.
