Placements24 is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to spearhead AI development as a fully remote team member. You will guide a skilled team in designing, building, and deploying advanced AI systems and ML models, setting technical direction, mentoring engineers, and delivering high-value AI initiatives from anywhere in the world.

You will lead end-to-end AI projects, establish best practices, collaborate with product managers, and drive innovative techniques to keep the company at the forefront of AI.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, ML, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional AI/ML engineering experience with leadership.
• Experience deploying AI/ML models with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
