Placements24 is seeking a Remote AI Solutions Architect to design scalable, secure AI platforms for a global clientele. You will lead architecture definition, guide development teams, and translate client requirements into robust technical blueprints while operating in a remote-first environment.

The role requires deep AI/ML knowledge, cloud expertise across AWS/Azure/GCP, and a track record of delivering end-to-end AI solutions with strong governance and security practices.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in software architecture with AI/ML solution design experience.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP and their AI/ML services.
• Experience with ML/DL, NLP, CV, RL techniques.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid data engineering, databases, and data warehousing understanding.
• Experience designing microservices and APIs.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end AI solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), focusing on scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with clients, product managers, and engineering teams to understand business needs and translate them into comprehensive technical designs and roadmaps.
• Define AI/ML strategy, including technology selection, data pipelines, model development frameworks, and deployment strategies.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging AI technologies and services that can enhance our client's offerings and client solutions.
• Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) and prototypes to validate architectural designs and demonstrate technical feasibility.
• Create detailed architectural documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and presentations.
• Ensure that AI solutions comply with security, privacy, and governance standards.
• Facilitate technical workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams and clients.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of AI adoption and implementation in a remote-first world.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (7+ years) in software architecture, with a significant focus on designing and implementing AI/ML solutions.
• Deep understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their respective AI/ML services (e.g., SageMaker, Azure ML, Vertex AI).
• Proven experience with various AI/ML techniques, including deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
• Strong knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent understanding of data engineering principles, database technologies, and data warehousing.
• Experience with microservices architecture and API design.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, particularly in a remote collaboration setting.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Certification in cloud architecture or AI/ML is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
