Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or closely related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in aerospace design engineering, with 3+ years in leadership or supervision.
• Expert proficiency in CATIA, SolidWorks, ANSYS, Nastran.
• Experience in designing complex aerospace systems, structures, or propulsion.
• Strong knowledge of aerodynamics, thermodynamics, materials science, and structural mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of aerospace design engineers from concept to completion.
• Develop and design innovative aerospace components, systems, and structures using CAD/CAE tools.
• Perform stress, thermal, and fluid dynamics analyses to validate designs.
• Ensure designs comply with aerospace standards, regulations, and customer specifications.
