Job summary

Capitec Ltd invites an experienced architectural designer to lead the constructional design of floor layouts for new and upgraded branches in Stellenbosch. The role focuses on signage, in-branch communication and the overall look and feel.

You will collaborate with suppliers, contractors, landlords and tenant coordinators, ensuring designs meet regulatory standards and Capitec's branding. A minimum of two years' experience and REVIT proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in architectural design and construction.
• Experience working with REVIT.
• Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational and a relevant qualification in Draughting or Architectural Technology.
• ITIL Foundation certification is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Design floor layouts for new and upgrade branches, including offsite cash devices.
• Focus on external and internal signage, in-branch communication and overall branch look and feel.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, landlords and tenant coordinators.

Job description

Purpose Statement

• The successful incumbent will be responsible for the constructional design of floor layouts for new/upgrade branches, including offsite cash devises and all alterations to existing branches, with a strong focus on external and internal branch signage, in-branch communication and overall branch look and feel. This will include the liaison with the relevant suppliers, contractors, landlords and tenant coordinators in this regard.

Experience

• 2 years’ experience in architectural design and construction


• Experience working on REVIT

Qualifications (Minimum)

• Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational


• A relevant qualification in Draughting or Architectural Technology

Qualifications (Ideal Or Preferred)

• Certification in ITIL Foundation
