Job summary

Momentum Corporate invites applicants to join a Client service administrator Learnership commencing 1 February 2027. The 12-month programme offers theoretical knowledge and practical workplace experience, with a monthly stipend and potential career paths such as Pension Fund Administrator or Service Consultant.

Applicants must be 18–25, fluent in English, and have Matric with English and Maths plus Business, Economics or Accounting.

Qualifications

• Aged between 18 and 25 years (including turning 25 in 2027).
• Able to speak, read and write English.
• Passed Matric with English and Maths; additionally Business, Economics and Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of all client service processes and requests ensuring that it is resolved timeously and effectively.
• Provide relevant information and documentation as requested, in line with relevant guidelines.
• Adhere to all relevant legislative/compliance requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver on service level agreements made with clients and internal and external stakeholders to ensure that client expectations are managed.
