Job summary

Momentum Corporate offers a Client service administrator Learnership commencing 1 February 2027. Aimed at unemployed individuals aged 18 to 25, the programme provides theoretical knowledge and practical experience in Long-term insurance with INSETA recognition.

The 12-month contract includes a monthly stipend; successful participants may gain exposure to roles such as Pension Fund Administrator, Client Service Administrator and Service Consultant.

Qualifications

• Must be aged 18–25 and able to speak, read and write English.
• Matric with English and Maths; additional subjects in business, economics and accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of client service processes and resolve requests timeously.
• Provide required information and documentation in line with guidelines.
• Adhere to relevant legislative/compliance requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Deliver on service level agreements to manage client expectations.
