A respected property development and engineering firm in Benoni seeks a skilled Land Development Engineer to manage civil engineering aspects of new developments. You will design site infrastructure including earthworks, roads, stormwater, and utilities, ensuring compliant land utilization in Gauteng.

You will collaborate with planning authorities, architects, and construction teams to deliver sustainable solutions while overseeing earthworks and related construction activities.

Qualifications

• BEng or BSc Eng in Civil Engineering.
• ECSA registration as a Candidate Engineer or Professional Engineer.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in land development engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar CAD software.
• Knowledge of stormwater management techniques and hydrologic analysis.
• Strong understanding of South African land use planning and development processes.
