Placements24 in Benoni, Gauteng, is seeking a proactive Land Development Engineer to lead planning, design, and execution of development projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. You will manage site grading, utility design, and stormwater, ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with surveyors, architects, and construction teams, prepare drawings and permit applications, conduct feasibility studies, and coordinate with authorities to deliver projects on time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in land development engineering and site design.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and related design software.
• Solid understanding of grading, stormwater management (SUDs), and utility design.

This role is essential for the successful planning, design, and execution of land development projects, encompassing residential, commercial, and industrial sites. You will be responsible for site grading, utility design, stormwater management, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. This is a hands-on position offering the chance to shape new developments and contribute to the growth of the Gauteng region, working closely with clients and construction teams.
