Job summary

Rectitude Recruit is seeking a diligent HR/IR professional to provide client support on HR and industrial relations matters, draft documents and manage case files within a professional environment.

You will handle CCMA and Bargaining Council matters, complete paperwork, and communicate with clients while maintaining strict confidentiality. A strong command of Labour Law terminology and accurate drafting are essential.

Qualifications

• LLB, BCOM, Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Law.
• Two to three years of HR-related experience.
• High standard of typing.
• Knowledge of Labour Law processes and terminology.
• Strong command of English vocabulary, grammar and punctuation.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• File management and administrative support
• Regularly follow up on outstanding issues as necessary
• Document processing and related activities
• Using Microsoft Word software to generate correspondence and legal documents based on precedent documents using the appropriate format and Company style.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• LLB, BCOM , Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Law
• Two to three years of experience in HR-related fieldile>
• A high standard of typing
• Expert and other relevant software programs
• Knowledge of Labour Law processes and terminology as well as a good command of English vocabulary, grammar, and punctuation
• High attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levelsile>
