Job summary

Sonata One is a rapidly scaling financial services and fintech business focused on private funds. The KYC Analyst - Managed Services role reviews KYC profiles, answers questions about KYC practices, and maintains strong client relationships to ensure smooth service delivery.

The position works with MLRO and senior colleagues to review profiles, address scope and standards, and leverage technology to improve risk controls and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience working with internal or external clients.
• Knowledge of KYC/Due Diligence and understanding of complex fund structures.

Responsibilities

• Review KYC profiles with MLRO and senior colleagues.
• Address questions on standard and scope of KYC provided to clients.
• Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure smooth delivery of Managed KYC service.
• Engage in regular communications with service users to ensure successful client outcomes.
