Job summary

Communicate IT seeks a Knowledge and Content Manager to lead the organization’s knowledge base and content strategy. You will curate expansive knowledge assets and collaborate with teams to deliver engaging content across platforms, including video formats.

A strong emphasis on project leadership and timely delivery is essential. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in a content or knowledge management role, SaaS experience preferred, and proficiency with content creation and video editing

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a content/knowledge management role.
• Experience in a SaaS environment is preferable.
• Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms, including video editing software.
• Strong project management skills.
