Hire Overseas is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to own the full email execution cycle inside Klaviyo for a data-first growth agency serving e-commerce and DTC brands.

You will build flows, run A/B tests, manage segmentation, and deliver client-ready reports. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, strong analytics, and daily Klaviyo work across multiple client accounts, with US business hours and a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on email marketing execution in agency or DTC e-commerce.
• Deep Klaviyo expertise for campaign setup, flows, segmentation and analytics.
• Experience with Shopify and data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, deploy and monitor Klaviyo campaigns including lifecycle journeys.
• Configure dynamic content, ensure timely sends and asset accuracy.
• Manage flows and automations, troubleshoot issues across accounts.
• Segment audiences, maintain list hygiene and drive relevance.
• Deliver client-ready performance reports with insights and recommendations.
