Job summary

Overseas is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to own the full email execution cycle in a data-first growth marketing setup. You will build flows, run A/B tests, manage segmentation, and deliver client-ready reporting for a focused e-commerce client roster.

You will work hands-on in Klaviyo, collaborate across teams, and ensure campaigns deploy error-free and on time while meeting performance targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on email marketing execution, preferably in an agency or DTC e-commerce.
• Deep expertise in Klaviyo for campaigns, flows, segmentation, and analytics.
• Experience with Shopify and creating data-driven reports for clients.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, QA, deploy Klaviyo email campaigns and lifecycle journeys.
• Manage segmentation, triggers, and content to maximize engagement and revenue.
• Run A/B tests and surface insights with client-ready reporting and dashboards.
• Collaborate with creative for assets and ensure brand-consistent outputs.
