Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen and food preparation areas.
• Wash, scrub, and sterilize dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables and peeling fruits.
• Manage waste disposal and ensure the kitchen is tidy and organized at the end of each service.
• Receive and store kitchen deliveries, ensuring proper rotation and storage of ingredients.
