Qualifications

• Wash and clean kitchen utensils, cookware, and equipment promptly and thoroughly.
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, including floors, surfaces, and waste areas.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by the chefs, such as peeling vegetables.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Receive and store deliveries, ensuring proper rotation and organization of stock.
• Support the kitchen team by ensuring a constant supply of clean dishes and utensils during service.
