• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen, including equipment, surfaces, and floors.
• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans, ensuring they are clean and properly stored.
• Manage kitchen inventory by assisting with stock rotation, receiving deliveries, and organizing storage areas.
• Support the kitchen team during service by performing various tasks as directed by chefs.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations and company policies.
