Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and cooking of food according to recipes and standards.
• Support senior chefs with daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare ingredients, including chopping, portioning, and basic food preparation.
• Ensure food is prepared and presented to a high standard.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and workstations.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Assist with stock rotation and minimising food wastage.
• Store food products correctly and maintain proper labelling.
• Assist with receiving and checking deliveries when required.
• Work efficiently as part of a professional kitchen team.
• Perform any other kitchen duties as assigned by the senior chef.
