Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an enthusiastic Kindergarten Teacher for a progressive primary school in Klerksdorp. The role focuses on literacy, numeracy, and social skills for children aged 4-6 to build a solid educational foundation.

You will create a nurturing classroom, support school readiness, and collaborate with parents and staff to promote holistic development in the North West province.

Qualifications

• Qualified Kindergarten Teacher or holder of an Early Childhood Education qualification.
• Proven experience teaching kindergarten or similar age group.
• Strong knowledge of school readiness standards and curriculum development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive kindergarten curriculum focused on school readiness.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active learning.
• Assess children's progress through various methods and provide individualized support.
• Foster early literacy, numeracy, problem-solving, and social skills.
