Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a qualified Kindergarten Teacher and Caregiver in Centurion to lead a classroom of young learners, delivering a balanced early education program that supports academic and social development. Qualifications

• A recognized teaching qualification with a specialization in early childhood education.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience teaching kindergarten or a similar age group.
• Proficiency in curriculum development and lesson planning.
• Excellent classroom management skills and a creative approach to teaching.
• Strong understanding of child psychology and development stages.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons across various subjects, including literacy, numeracy, and creative arts.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, creating a positive and disciplined learning environment.
• Assess children's academic progress and provide individualized support where needed.
• Organize and supervise educational outings and classroom activities to enhance learning.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's performance, behavior, and development.
