Job summary

Staff Solutions in Gauteng seeks an experienced professional to manage key accounts, maintain relationships with clients and internal departments, and initiate new projects and product changes. The role focuses on improving sales and marketing processes across automotive-related projects.

The ideal candidate will bring knowledge of tool and fixture manufacturing, project management, and strong commercial Acumen, with fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Sales and Marketing or equivalent.
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing, including European and Asian OEMs.
• Minimum 1 year process planning in automotive environments.
• Minimum 2 years tool and jig manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts and maintain client relationships.
• Initiate new projects and drive product changes.
• Coordinate with internal departments to optimize sales and marketing processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous account management experience in an automotive manufacturing environment, dealing with European and Asian OEMs
• Minimum of 1 year’s process planning experience within an automotive environment
• Minimum of 1 year’s time management and motion study experience
• Minimum of 2 years’ tool and jig manufacturing experience
• Proven track record in project management and client growth
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an assembly and press shop environment
