Profile Personnel is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to manage strategic automotive accounts in Pretoria. You will grow key customers, coordinate projects from initiation to delivery and drive commercial and technical objectives with OEM clients.

The role requires fluency in English and Mandarin, strong project management, and a track record in tool/jig manufacturing environments. Collaboration with global OEMs is essential in this role.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Sales & Marketing and/or Mechanical Engineering.
• Qualified Tool & Jig Maker qualification will be advantageous.
• Previous account management experience within an automotive manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with European and Asian OEM customers.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in tool and jig manufacturing.
• Minimum 2 years' experience within an assembly and press shop environment.
• Minimum 1 year's experience in process planning within the automotive industry.
• Minimum 1 year's experience in time management and motion studies.
• Minimum 1 year's experience in procurement or sales.
• Proven project management experience with a successful track record of growing customer accounts.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken).

Aufgaben

• Manage and grow strategic customer accounts within the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Drive new projects, engineering changes and product development initiatives.
• Prepare commercial quotations and support contract negotiations.
• Coordinate project activities to ensure successful delivery, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, marketing and commercial processes.
