Job summary

Green Marble Recruitment Consultants is seeking a recent finance graduate for a trainee role in wealth management support. You will gain exposure to financial planning concepts, investments, retirement products and portfolio information, while learning how these are applied in our Wealth Management system.

The role suits someone who enjoys problem solving, working with numbers and systems, and delivering accurate client-focused support to financial advisers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field required.
• Bilingual Afrikaans and English; able to serve clients in Afrikaans.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic and email support to Financial Advisers using the Wealth Management platform.
• Assist users with system-related queries and functionality.
• Investigate and resolve queries relating to financial planning information and calculations.
• Assist with investment, portfolio and financial planning-related system queries.
• Interpret financial information and assist users in understanding system outputs.
• Troubleshoot software-related issues and escalate technical matters when required.
• Develop a strong understanding of the companys Wealth Management software.
• Build knowledge of financial planning principles, investment products and financial markets.
• Assist Financial Advisers in navigating and using the system effectively.
• Deliver professional, accurate and client-focused support.
• Maintain accurate records of queries and resolutions.
• Build strong working relationships with Financial Advisers and Wealth Management professionals.
• Ensure queries are resolved efficiently while maintaining excellent service levels.
