Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant financial field.
• Bilingual in Afrikaans and English to serve clients.
• Interest in Wealth Management and Investment industry.
• Comfortable with calculations, financial information, and systems.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to learn complex financial planning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic and email support to Financial Advisers using the Wealth Management platform.
• Assist users with system-related queries and functionality.
• Investigate and resolve queries related to financial planning information and calculations.
• Assist with investment, portfolio and financial planning system queries.
• Interpret financial information and help users understand system outputs.
• Troubleshoot software issues and raise technical matters when needed.
• Build knowledge of the company’s Wealth Management software.
• Help Financial Advisers navigate and use the system effectively.
• Deliver professional, accurate and client-focused support.
• Maintain records of queries and resolutions.
