Job summary

Sable International Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa, is seeking a Junior UK Consultant Support to join our Education Corporate Services team. You will manage day-to-day activities and client communications, ensuring compliance and accurate records throughout the visa application process.

You will handle administration and application management, prepare supporting documents, and maintain CRM and client records. Strong communication, initiative, and organization are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Outstanding communication skills and clear written and verbal communication.
• Proactive, self-starting and able to take initiative.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in records.
• Motivated, energetic, able to work independently and in a team.
• Structured with good time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Computer literate with MS Excel, Word and Outlook ease of use.

Responsibilities

• Managing and distributing inbound client communication.
• Managing system-generated workflows and client information.
• Ensuring record-keeping and management of client folders (physical and electronic).
• Preparing applications and supporting documentation.
• Evaluating applications and assess documentation.
• Maintaining accurate database records and other electronic records.
• Completing Child Student/Student visa applications.
• Managing inbound client enquiries and communication, online and telephonically.
• Analyzing and validating client documentation.
• Creating, managing and maintaining client records via our CRM system.
• Other tasks as relevant to the position.
