Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Junior Telecoms Network Analyst for their Mossel Bay IT department. The role focuses on monitoring network performance, analyzing data, and contributing to the stability of the company''s telecommunications infrastructure in a hybrid work model.

You will assist in supporting senior engineers, maintaining documentation, and participating in testing and deployment of new network hardware and software, with opportunities for training and certifications in the Western Cape.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in IT or networking.
  • Basic understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools a plus.
  • Strong analytical and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring network traffic, system performance, and availability using established tools.

Key Responsibilities
