Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years in developing and managing social media strategies for a major brand, with a track record on TikTok and social commerce.
• Expert knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and CMS.
• Experience in social media management with interest in AI, content creation, influencer marketing, and engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive SSA hub social strategy with a TikTok focus to boost awareness, engagement, and conversion.
• Elevate creative framework, identify trends, platforms, and formats for actionable strategies.
• Collaborate across teams to maximize commercial performance in social space.
• Manage content calendar and opportunities across SSA social channels.
• Establish monitoring, analytics, and reporting with data-driven optimization.
• Lead strategy for engaging communities, loyalty programs, and influencer/affiliate partnerships.
• Use social listening to monitor trends, sentiment, and competitors.
• Own holistic measurement with regional KPIs for social growth.
• Oversee creation of high-quality, platform-specific content with brand and legal compliance.
• Coordinate with agency partners and internal teams on content execution.
• Act as SSA hubs TikTok content expert and best-practices guide.
• Align social strategies with broader marketing campaigns and brand messaging.
• Identify opportunities for social commerce integration supporting sales.
• Establish localizing bets and share best practices across SSA markets.
• Drive data-driven content development and insights via research and cross-functional teams.
