The successful candidate will have construction or site-based experience, a valid driver’s licence, and strong organisational skills. Salary ranges from R15,000 to R20,000 per month and includes a company vehicle, fuel

Qualifications

• Experience in a construction or site-based environment.
• Junior supervisory or site-management experience advantageous.
• Experience in ceilings, drywalling, partitioning, shopfitting, glass/aluminium or related trades advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate confidently with site teams and contractors.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing day-to-day activities across assigned sites.
• Coordinate workers, contractors, materials and deliveries.
• Monitor work quality and progress throughout projects.
• Ensure teams are working according to plans and project requirements.
• Assist with planning daily and weekly site activities.
• Identify potential delays, shortages or site problems and escalate.

The successful candidate will work closely with experienced management while taking responsibility for the coordination, supervision and smooth running of site activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience within a construction or site-based environment
• Junior supervisory or site-management experience advantageous
• Experience within ceilings, drywalling, partitioning, shopfitting, glass/aluminium or related trades advantageous
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate confidently with site teams and contractors
• Basic understanding of plans, drawings and specifications
• Practical and solutions-focused approach
• Willingness to learn and develop within the business
• Valid driver’s licence
• Reliable, professional and able to work independently when required
