Job summary

Dante Personnel Recruitment (Pty) Ltd in the East Rand is assisting a well-established Freight Forwarding company to recruit a driven Junior Sea Freight Estimator. The role supports a fast-paced, high-volume Estimates team, focusing on accurate seafreight cost projections.

Key tasks include handling roughly 20 estimates per day, applying Incoterms, and leveraging knowledge of seafreight imports/exports. English and Afrikaans language skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of freight forwarding estimates experience.
• Strong knowledge of seafreight imports & exports.
• Experience with freight costing and estimates.
• Good understanding of Incoterms.
• Airfreight knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work accurately in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Comfortable handling approximately 20 estimates per day.
• Ability to speak English and Afrikaans will be advantageous.
